How to Register for New Ration Card in Kerala?

Visit the website http://115.124.107.85/food/ and click on Application Form for new Ration Card or click on http://115.124.107.85/food/Application-form.

Take a Print Out of the Application Form

Affix Passport Size Photo in the Application Form and Fill the Application Form with all the details including Family details, Bank Account details and other details and Sign on the Space Provided with Name. 

Affix necessary document like

Submit the Filled Application Form along with necessary documents to the concerned Department and pay the Fees. 

How to Submit Online Applications for New Ration  Card or for Modifications in Existing Ration Cards 

If you already have a ration card you can register into the website by entering the barcode number. Barcode number will be in the last page of the ration card.

If you are applying for a New Ration Card and do not have a Ration Card, choose No.

Fill the User details in the Registration Form and click on submit. Click on the ‘Activate Account’ button which will be displayed in the Page in order to activate the account.

Once Activated you can Login to the website using the USER ID and PASSWORD

Non Renewal Certificate

Select the appropriate Function and complete the Registration Process and Make the Payment Online and Take a Printout and Submit along with necessary documents.
